Perhaps as we do, our dreams become more subtle and less vivid? What you shared I've heard many people say, their dreams were like movies.

"... a friend bought me a book to write ny dreams down but some of my dreams don’t need to be on paper. wink wink."

LOL! Isn't it fascinating how dreams work? I've always been intrigue by dreams and what they mean. That's why I took a dream interpretation class, which revealed so much to me. I kind of wish I dreamed more, or rather remembered my dreams.

And yes, you better believe it. Those water dreams did leave me a bit fearful because whenever I'm had them, they came to be. BOTH times! No, I've never had any other dreams that came to fruition, other than those. Although, sometimes I will hear things (such as the fire alarm in my apartment building) before I actually hear it. For instance, over the summer I heard the fire alarm in the hallway go off on two separate occasions, but only in my head; not in actually. However, back in August, the fire alarm DID go off one afternoon while I was home, and we all had to evacuate the building. Thankfully, it was nothing serious.

I am enjoying this cold weather too! It feels so good to walk outside and have that cold air hit my face. But I'm sure it leaves you a little fearful of ever having another one. Have you ever had any other dreams come to fruition, I curious?

One recurring dream that I used to have, but haven't in years, is dreaming that I was pregnant. And one time I actually thought it was telling me that I was pregnant, because I thought I might be (but wasn't). And when I had those dreams, I could see my growing belly and felt what it was like to have a baby inside of me. I looked it up online and discovered that pregnancy dreams are typically connected to something else in your life that is in a growing and development phase. Therefore when we're sleeping, it keeps on going; forming dreams. OMG, I was livid after it happened because the property manager had sense of urgency about taking care of the water damage in my apartment (the ceiling, the walls, the hardwood floors). A few years after my father passed away (he passed away in 1993), I could feel his presence with me onstage one night when I was performing in the play, "The Diary of Anne Frank." Just creeped out.

I've also heard that if you wish to communicate with loved ones or spirit guides, you can ask for specific messages before falling asleep. I haven't tried that...yet.

All of this is to say that I believe I need to purchase a dream journal. HA!

I also believe I was meant to come across your blog. 💕Karihttp://agracefull-life.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7092603952139807812.post-65213149481314039122022-11-17T10:40:25.532-05:002022-11-17T10:40:25.532-05:00Hola Denise!

I remember watching a movie with my mother one Saturday afternoon about the possibility of aliens from other planets. I think it was called, Chariots of the Gods. It was about extraterrestrials. She and I both thought it was very possible.

GREAT question! And I can only answer by saying I don't know. I honestly can't recall if my dreams are in black and white or color. I wonder if other people notice in their own dreams?

"The only dream I recall as recurring was one I had as a kid in school and standing in front of the classroom making a speech, half-dressed! "

OMG....meeeeeeeeeee too! I had that dream A LOT. And I went to Catholic school, so in the dream, the nuns were always yelling at me for coming to school HALF-DRESSED!!! That was such a frustrating dream because I felt confused, embarrassed, and ashamed that I didn't have all my clothes on. HA!!!!

No, thank heaven, I have not had that dream in many years. Now watch, because I said that, I'll have that dream tonight. LOL!

Thanks for stopping by, girl! Have a great day at work. And enjoy the link!

XRonhttp://www.triloquist.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7092603952139807812.post-32083362576656028572022-11-17T07:50:49.558-05:002022-11-17T07:50:49.558-05:00HA! I just couldn't help myself. I was so angr...HA! I just couldn't help myself. I was so angry and frustrated by the leak, I turned into Joan Crawford. The property manager at that time was horrendous. She did absolutely nothing to improve the apartment building for so many years. Not just me, but all the tenants couldn't stand her. I had to go over her head (to the CEO of the company) and make these demands because she wouldn't do anything about it. Thankfully, she is no longer the property manager. Yahoooo!

You too? I've met quite a few people who have had dreams involving elevators. And speaking of your fear of getting stuck in one, I actually did have that happen, TWICE! But up until that point, I didn't have any apprehension of getting stuck.

I've dreamed of flying too!!! But it's always been the sensation of flying like a bird through the sky.

Aren't dreams fascinating? They say its the way our subconscious speaks to us.

Have a fab day, my friend. Thanks for stopping by!

XRonhttp://www.triloquist.netnoreply@blogger.com
