Ken is very rich and neither of you needs to cook. He could hire you a chef! (Italian and you don't cook??? Oy vey!)

From your photo, you look to be a young 40ish. He is a big guy, very charming, very interesting, marvelous sense of humor and I think he's adorable. Ken is tall, not fat. Late 50's or early 60's I think. He tells me he's great in bed! He's very physically fit and just an all round wonderful guy. (He's also Chief of Staff at a major SF hospital. The competition can be very ugly - especially in the entertainment field. Even the field I'm in now (cosmetic industry) is VERY competitive, so my time spent as an actor has taught me how to deal with it.

I'm so glad you came to the realization that your REAL love was to just PLAY. I...He is an attractive man. That's for sure!
I'm an Aquarius. Not sure how that plays into the whole creative/perfection thing. I'm definitely creative and definitely a perfectionist. It's a double edged sword. Sometimes feeling as though things need to be perfect keep me from getting things done. I never knew all that stuff about him.

"And having Lauren, Julianne, Rita, etc. as friends and walking the runway in his designs... how wonderful a life, huh?"

Wasn't the fashion show faaaabulous? You can tell that he really adores women and women adore him.

"Hey, I thought it was neat that he takes 3-5 baths a day. I've never heard anyone say something like that before. I love my baths, but OMG, 5!"

OMG...I just about DIED when he said that! FIVE baths a day?!?!? I'm surprised his skin hasn't turned into PRUNE! I take TWO a day, and in the summer, sometimes THREE. But FIVE?!?!

"I think to be as successful as people like he are, it takes perfectionism added to creativity and drive and maybe even some luck and a couple good connections thrown in too. He seems to have the right combinations of things. Insert a bit of envy *here*. LOL"

Yes, you're absolutely right! I think it takes all of those things too. And I thought it was very interesting how he said that, "We don't 'control' anything. We might think that we do, but we don't." And I believe that myself. So I think his accomplishments come from his hard work AND his destiny.

I think what I enjoyed most about the documentary was that it showed a somewhat "spiritual" side of him.

Thanks so much for stopping by, neighbor. I always enjoy our conversations! Have a delightful weekend!

X

P.S. yes, hasn't the weather been UNBELIEVABLE? I wish it would stay like this all summer. I had a boss who was a Virgo and she was an AMAZING business woman. But, man, whatever she did, it HAD to be perfect!

" Creativity is either "feast or famine"; on a hot roll or sitting in the dark. We just have to try and accept these ups and downs from the higher power."

Exactly. And that's what I'm trying to learn. "i'd like to think i...Hey there ladyV~

"i'd like to think i'm creative but i wouldn't consider myself a perfectionist, a little OCD maybe."

I'm DEFINITELY OCD too, so perhaps that's why I consider myself a perfectionist.

"i never also attributed my creativity to a higher power either though i do know all good gifts come from Him. my creativity is who i believe i am. i don't try to be creative, it's almost as natural as breathing, i just do it and can't explain why either. very interesting."

BEAUTIFULLY stated, girl! And I agree, it's almost as natural as breathing, I just do it and can't explain why either. So that's WHY I think creativity comes from HIM, and not me. But where my perfection comes in is when I THINK too much instead of allowing it to just happen.

"tom is a handsome man, but really, throw almost anything in a well-made suit and i'm good. i love a man in a suit. meow."

Bwhahhaahhahaha! Meeeeeeeee too! And I also think a women look sexy in a suit as well.

Always FAB to see ya, Val. Much thanks for stopping by.

Enjoy you this wonderful weather we're having!

Happy weekend!

XRonhttp://www.triloquist.netnoreply@blogger.com
