Preface: This post involves the topic of politics. Please know that if this is something you don't care to read, I will understand. Also, don't feel the need to comment or share who you voted for, or even if you chose not to vote. This post is not about debating or defending why I voted the way I did. I'm not here to change your mind, nor will my mind be changed. This post is simply an expression of my freedom of speech.

----------------

My Views On Politics -

I rarely post about politics on my blog. And if I have, it's only been a few times. However, this past presidential election affected me deeply.

I will start by saying I'm neither a Democrat nor a Republican. I'm a registered Independent. I don't vote for a party; I vote for the person and the issues they address. People automatically assume because I'm gay, I am a hardcore, straight-down-the-line Democrat, which I'm not. And that makes me very unpopular with the gay community. But that doesn't bother me because I've always been secure in my identity and see myself as part of the whole human race community.

I'm also neither liberal nor conservative; I'm both. I'm liberal about some things and conservative about others, and I believe that most people are that way.

---------------------------

About This Election -

I almost didn't vote in this election because I wasn't thrilled with either candidate. However, about two months ago, I began feeling more and more that I needed to take an interest in both contenders because if I didn't like the results in November, I would think I didn't do my part.

As many of you know, I haven't watched the news in over three years. Therefore, before voting, I only watched each candidate speak at their rallies and whenever they were interviewed, to get an honest sense of their game plans before mainstream media edited and slanted their words.

Around mid-October, I finally decided who I would vote for.

Mind you, Philadelphia is a VERY, VERY, blue city. They wear their blueness as proudly as their Eagles and Phillies T-shirts. Therefore, leading up to election day, there were people out on the streets, walking up to everyone, asking if they had plans to vote, all the while wearing Kamala Harris shirts and pins. Our city was plastered with posters and signs that read Harris/Walz. So yes, the city of Philadelphia voted for Harris.

However, not all of us did.

As I'm sure you can tell by now, I voted for Donald Trump.

Yup, a GAY man voting for Trump - "Hissssssssss!" But since the election, I've spoken to other gays from Philly and NYC who voted for Trump as well. And they did so with no hesitation.

-------------------------------

My Thoughts And Feelings About Donald Trump -

Do I think Donald Trump is perfect? Hell no! Does he lie? Hell yes! But there isn't a politician in this world (Right or Left) who doesn't lie or is without dirty laundry. There were moments during Trump's first term when I wanted only to scream, "Would you PLEASE shut up and stop talking!" "And would you PLEASE stop acting like a bratty little boy when you don't get your way!" Yes, Trump has a MASSIVE ego.

However...

It's his ego that makes him who he is and why he fights with such unending drive, determination, and force as a president.

Even after an assassination attempt, he still moved forward. Nothing stops him. He's fearless.

Does he act that way because of his ego? Yes, of course. But he also acts that way because of his love and pride in America. Underneath all his egotistical and verbose exterior, I see a soft and kind heart in Trump. He will simultaneously fight for himself and the American people. Without a doubt, I can tell that he loves this country.

I realized a long time ago that I don't have to like someone's personality to admire them for the good they do.

That's how I feel about Donald Trump. At times, he truly irritates me. But he also makes me feel safe and secure.

I voted for Trump because he says what he thinks and feels. I wasn't looking for someone who was politically correct and polite. I was looking for someone who's not afraid to upset the apple cart and get things done. And right now, that's exactly what America needs.

I don't believe for one second he hates gays, or blacks, or Asians, or legal immigrants, or women, or Latinos, etc. However, what he does hate is anyone who fucks with America. And so do I. I'm sick and tired of this country and its people being used, manipulated, and treated with disrespect. And not only from the outside, but from the inside as well.

---------------------------------

The Day After Election Day -

One week out, I had a strong intuitive feeling Trump would win this election. Yet I also knew that anything could happen.

When I woke up Wednesday morning, I made myself a cup of coffee, sat down in front of my desktop, and then Googled who won the presidential election in 2024.

And when I saw the results, I broke down and cried. I cried from relief, and I cried from pride in America and the American people who awakened from a deep state of woke, came together, and took back their country. Black, white, men, women, young, old, Latino, Asian, Amish, and even people who in the past didn't vote for him, voted for Trump this time.

He didn't just win. He won HUGELY.

And I am beyond happy that he won back Pennsylvania because I love this state and am proud to be a native.

What also touched me were the comments I read on the internet for days and days after the election, by people from all over the world who congratulated America for electing Trump. I don't think I ever realized how many other countries are dealing with the same issues as America.

Here are some of those comments:

"Every country needs a Donald Trump. I'm from Ireland and we are crying out for someone of his caliber to take over here and clean everything up."

"BRITAIN NEEDS A DONALD TRUMP TO FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS AND OUR FREE SPEECH."

"The US public has scored a massive victory for common sense and rationality. To my American brothers and sisters, I salute you and I thank you. Britain is in a dark place at the moment, but you have given us a guiding light to move towards."

"The Indigenous people of Britain 🇬🇧 welcome Donald Trump. Thank you, AMERICA. 🇺🇸"

"I'm a 20-year-old dude from the suburbs of Philly and I am a PROUD Trump voter. Thank you to all who did their part. Here's to the future of America!"

"I'm an Australian and I've been more invested in the US election than the state election we just had. The world needs Trump more than ever."

-------------------------------

I would like to conclude this post by reiterating what I shared at the start. I will not debate or defend my presidential choice because, like all Americans, I have the freedom to vote for whomever I decide and for whatever reasons. And if you feel the desire to unfollow or unfriend me for my choice, so be it. I am no longer keeping my political opinions to myself, just because it's not in sync with the people who are permitted to say whatever they want.

Yes, I know many Americans are unhappy with the outcome of this election. And so much so that they have dissociated from friends and family members because they voted for the opposite candidate. And this has been on both sides. However, there have been several times in past elections when I was unhappy with the outcome. Yet, I knew there was nothing I could do to change it, so I accepted it and moved on.

Several days ago, I met up with my good friend, Kelly, who did not vote for Trump. What I love about our friendship is that she and I can disagree on things but we also allow one another to have our own opinions without getting into an argument. She and I had an open, calm, and honest conversation about not only our choices, but what we also saw as the "pros and cons" of each candidate.

As I sat across from Kelly, I thought to myself, "This, right here, is why I love America. As Americans, we have the freedom to express our ideas and opinions without fear of government retaliation, censorship, or legal action."

And frankly, that's the way I want it to remain.

  1. Gay, voted for Trump, and proud of it! I've experienced the same Ron, people assumed because I am gay, I would never vote for Trump. A few other gays (men and women) have given me "attitude" because of my choice, but I don't care. Like you, I've encounter many other gays who also voted for Trump. What I learned most about this election is that the American people woke up from what they've been told and I'm so happy about that!

This was an extremely passionate election, on both sides. What blew me away was how it turned out because I did not think it would result the way it did. Nor how big. I look forward to the next four years.

And what a great friend you have in Kelly. Isn't it nice to have a difference of opinions, but willing to listen and not judge them?

Well-expressed post topic, Ron! You achieved a perfect balance.

  2. Ron, I did not vote for Trump but I'm not at all freaking out like so many other people. My attitude is, it is was it is. And in four years it may swing back the other way. To be honest, I'm just glad this is election is over because the leading up to it was painful. All the texts, emails, and voice mails I got. And all the snail mail as well. I can't believe the amount of money that was spent on advertising for this election campaign.

Even though you and I didn't vote the same, I enjoyed reading this post. And I would NEVER unfollow you. xoxo

  3. Hey there, Daniel!

Isn't is something how the majority of people assume that?!? I too have gotten "attitude" because of my choice, but I don't care. I spoke to a guy from NYC last week who's gay, and he too was open about voting for Trump.

Listen, I don't care who someone votes for. What I DO care about arre the people who spew hate at you (on either side) because you didn't vote for the candidate they voted for.

"What blew me away was how it turned out because I did not think it would result the way it did. Nor how big."

Me as well. Like I shared, I had a very strong feeling he would win, but you never can tell for sure. And then when I saw how HUGE he won, I was like, "WOW!"

I adore my friend Kelly because she and I are able to be open and honest about things, but we don't take offense or get angry. She's the BEST!

Thanks so much for stopping by, my friend. Have an awesome rest of your week!

  4. Helloooooo there, Abby!

Thank you for your openness, my friend. I wish everyone could feel that way (on both sides). And like you said, things may swing back the other way next election because nothing ever stays the same. And that's a good thing.

"All the texts, emails, and voice mails I got. And all the snail mail as well. I can't believe the amount of money that was spent on advertising for this election campaign."

OH MY GOD.....YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since August, my mailbox was filled with political ads every single day. And I can't tell you how many texts I got, but were thrown into SPAM so that I didn't have to read them. I also got a TON of political calls on my landline phone for MONTHS.

Thanks so much for stopping by and for your sweet words! Have a great week!

  5. Ron, I did not vote from Donald Trump in previous elections, but I did this time. Most people thought because I'm a female, that I would naturally vote for Harris. Without getting into all the reasons why I didn't, I will say that she did NOT impress me at all. Like you said, Trump can be irritating as all hell, but I do think his best interest is for America and the American people. Also, I feel that over the past four years, he's mellowed a bit. I personally feel that the assassination attempt humbled him in some way.

I'll finish by saying that I don't buy into all the doom and gloom from mainstream media about Trump and the next four years. Beside, mainstream media will soon be a thing of the past. Lol!

You nailed this post, Ron! xoxoxoxox

  7. Hola Denise!

I spoke to so many people who did the same. In the past, they did not vote for Tump in previous elections. However, for this election, they did. As I looked over all the details the following days after the election, I was so shocked by the amount of votes he got, and from normally people who were from blue states.

" Also, I feel that over the past four years, he's mellowed a bit. I personally feel that the assassination attempt humbled him in some way."

Thank you for saying that because that's something I forgot to mention in this post, but wanted to say. Yes, I feel that he mellowed a bit since previous years. And like you, I think the assassination attempt may of had something to do with it.

I don't believe all the doom and gloom from the mainstream media either; never have. And I agree, I have a feeling mainstream media will be fizzling out soon.

Thanks so much for stopping by, Denise! Hope you're having a FAB week!

  8. Ron, I don't normally comment on political posts, but I admire the way you expressed yourself because you were honest, yet not overbearing with your opinions. Nor did you bash the other candidate. This election has definitely been intense, hasn't it? Well done, Ron. Thank you! xo

  9. Wow, Ron! You are brave to post this. I'm going to break my 'no politics' commenting and reply to this because you are one of my longest Blogger friends. Everything you posted in 'My Views on Politics' is exactly my thoughts (except, I'm not gay!) I'm conservative on some things and liberal on others. I HATE the hive mind that our country has become, where everyone is expected to think alike, or you will be canceled. The sad part is that the liberal side, who demands the most tolerant, is the absolute least tolerant of other viewpoints. I could be wrong, but I do not think that's how things were 40 years ago. I am astounded by the number of people online who say that they have cut off friends because the friend voted for Trump. If politics is how you judge or base a friendship, that's not much of a friendship! So sad!

So many people flipped and voted for Trump because they are sick and tired of the establishment (in much the same way the hippies in the '60's felt). The Biden/Harris administration did not care that our grocery, housing, and medical prices are through the roof. They didn't listen to the women who feel unsafe because men can enter women's public restrooms or play women's sports. They've funded foreign wars while FEMA is doing nothing to help Americans who have lost their homes due to natural disasters. They seem to encourage the mental health crisis/social contagion that is going on in our youth and if you disagree, you are labeled 'phobic. I could go on and on. The nail that sealed her coffin is when Harris said that 'freedom of speech is a privilege, not a right.' You'd think the VP would have read the Constitution??

I'm excited over some of Trump's nominations. As you and I are big proponents of health and wellness, I'm sure you agree. I'm also excited to see what Elon does about the government waste and inefficiency. Frankly, I'm not sure what will be accomplished, because when Congress can't even pass a bill to stop the nonsense of daylight savings time, I have little hope, but we shall see.

Thanks for expressing the Silent Majority, Ron. I hope you have a peaceful Thanksgiving, full of gratitude and reflection. XOXO

Yes, this election has most definitely been intense. So glad it's over!

  12. Hello, my friend!

It took me two weeks to compose this post because I wanted to be true to myself, but I also didn't want to be like so many others who have been spewing hate, venom, and rage throughout the internet. I stopped reading it because it started to make me ill.

From our email conversations, I know that you and I are very much on the same page when it comes to being in the middle with politics. We're not extreme either way.

"The sad part is that the liberal side, who demands the most tolerance, is the absolute least tolerant of other viewpoints. I could be wrong, but I do not think that's how things were 40 years ago."

I agree 100%. I call them liberal extremist because not all liberals are like that. And have you noticed how those same liberal extremists become FURIOUS when you don't think the same way they do? They suddenly go from liberal to UN-liberal and shut down.

I freaking LOVED everything you said in your second paragraph! YES to ALL of it! And that's WHY I decided to share my thoughts and feelings on this election ---- I will fight for my FREEDOM OF SPEECH, even if it's different from others.

"As you and I are big proponents of health and wellness, I'm sure you agree."

OMG, I am so excited about that!!!!

My thing is this. America has gone waaaaaaaay too far to the left. It's needs to swing back to somewhere in the middle. And I think that's what most people in America feel, and that's why the majority of Americans voted the way they did.

Thanks so much for reading this post and commenting because I know how you feel about that topic. VERY much enjoyed your thoughts and feelings!

Happy Pre-Thanksgiving to you and your family! And I'm so grateful that you're my friend!

  13. Ron, both my husband and I read this and cheered because you express our own feelings right down the line. As you know, we are both New Yorkers, born and raised. So we have always been open and accepting of everyone, regardless of race, sexual preference, religion, and everything else. New York is a melting pot of every kind of people, and that's what makes New York, NY. We were Democrats most of our lives. That is until eight years ago. And that's because the left has gone too far and too extreme. So we changed our registration to Independent.

And as far a Trump goes, yes, he can be so damn irritating at times. But very much like you, I see his heart. And he loves America and the American people. And all the hate, prejudice, and divisiveness they claim is Trump, was all manufactured by the left. I'm not saying Trump's a saint, but he is not the "devil man" mainstream media makes him out to be.

To say the least, we are elated with the election results. And even though NY is blue, did you see how many New Yorkers went the other way this election? Even members of my family switched.

Thank you for sharing your AMERICAN freedom of speech, dear Ron! I agree, "that's the way I want it to REMAIN."

    X to you!

  14. Helloooooooo there, Elaine!

"As you know, we are both New Yorkers, born and raised. So we have always been open and accepting of everyone, regardless of race, sexual preference, religion, and everything else. New York is a melting pot of every kind of people, and that's what makes New York, NY."

Yes! And that's what I love about New York - it's a HUGE melting pot of all kinds of people from all over the world. And even though New York is blue, I always felt that it's much more open and accepting than Philadelphia (which is also blue). That's why New York always felt more like home to me when it comes to cities.

I too was always a Democrat, but I changed my registration in 2015. To be honest, I don't think either party is what they used to be. That's why I no longer side with one side.

"And all the hate, prejudice, and divisiveness they claim is Trump, was all manufactured by the left. I'm not claiming Trump is a saint, but he is not the "devil man" mainstream media makes him out to be."

    Totally agree!

Yes, I did. In fact, several days after the election, I discovered a video on YouTube that showed the reactions from New Yorkers on the night that Trump won. They were dancing and singing on 5th Ave in front of Trump Tower. And I couldn't get over how many young people were present! The video was so touching.

Thanks for stopping by today, Elaine! And thank you for your words of wisdom! Looking forward to 2025!

  15. Ron, when I came back to read your comment response, I read your post again and discovered something you said but did catch it the first time I read it. This sentence: "But that doesn't bother me because I've always seen myself as part of the whole human race community. " - well said! That's how I feel too.

I also emailws this post to a friend of mine who I know will enjoy it.

  17. Ron, I have to be completely honest and tell you that I didn't vote in this election because I felt like you, I wasn't thrilled with either candidate. I wasn't thrilled with Biden either, but I voted for him in 2020.

I didn't vote from Trump because I felt that he already had his time in White House. However, Kamala didn't have a strong enough plan about what she would do if she were president. I also got tired of her verbiage and how repetitive it was. I would love to see a female president, but not her.

I've got to say that since the election and hearing the plans that Trump already has planned, I feel more confident. So I quess I have to say I'm hopefui about the results. Time will tell.

    Well composed post, Ron!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hey there, Robert!

Thank you for sharing your feedback on how you felt about both candidates. I appreciate your honesty.

Back in the early 80s, I recall having a conversation with my mother about how I thought (and still do) there should be a woman in the White House. I think a woman would bring an enterly different energy to the table, so why not have a female president? However, like you, I wasn't impressed with Kamala, for some of the same reasons you mentioned.

"I've got to say that since the election and hearing the plans that Trump already has planned, I feel more confident. So I quess I have to say I'm hopefui about the results. Time will tell."

I feel confident about Trump as well. And like you said, "Time will tell." But I do remain very hopeful.

Thanks very much for stopping by and sharing your thoughts and feelings. Muchly appreciated!

Have a great rest of your week!

  21. Ron, what I find interesting is that the media was saying over and over again that women would be voting for Kamala, while men would be siding with Donald Trump. Not the case with me and my girlfriend. Ironically, she voted for DT and I voted for Harris. She and I are on different sides when it comes to politics, but (like your friend Kelly and you), we can talk openly about our views without getting defensive and argumentive.

Enjoyed this post, dude! And although it didn't turn out like I wanted, it did turn out like my girlfriend had hoped. I just wish we could all come together in America and agree to disagree. But like you shared in your post, I think mainstream media enjoys starting fires between the two.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Matt, I loved your comment because you're spot on about that. I think it was just naturally assumed that women would automatically vote Harris and men would be voting Trump. But I've talked to several people and that wasn't the case at all. I don't think this election was a male/female thing, or even a race thing. I think people sincerely voted for who they felt would be the best candidate.

And I'm so impressed how you and your girlfriend can be on different sides, but still respect each others opinions. That's AWESOME!

"I just wish we could all come together in America and agree to disagree. But like you shared in your post, I think mainstream media enjoys starting fires between the two."

    Yes! I'm with you!

  23. Ron, I had every intention of voting BLUE this election. I was never a fan of DT because like you said, he never knew when to talk and when not to talk. Frustrating! But I also have to say that I admired his spunk and persistence in keeping America safe. The reason I didn't vote blue this year was because as much as I cheered Kamala on and felt hopeful, she did say all that much and I slowly lost confidence. So I started listening to Trump and felt myself being pulled in his direction. I'm with you, I don't necessarily have to like someone to realize the difference between THEM and the JOB they have to do. I also feel that something shifted in him from previous years. And I like the team he surrounded himself with this time.

I consider myself a very liberal person. However, "liberal" has gone off the charts over the past four years. We need more balance. And that's all I'm going to say about that.

Several of my friends disagreed with my choice, but hey, freedom of speech and freedom to vote how we choose, right?

  24. Greetings, Sammy!

Thanks so much for your journey on this presidential election. It was definitely an intense one because people had such strong feelings either way. I've never seen such a passionate election time as this one!

I went from liking Trump, to not liking him, and then liking him again. Yes, something DID shift in him, I felt that way too. He still has that drivem, determination, and outspokeness, but I feel as though he learned something from his first term. I agree with you about his team.

"I consider myself a very liberal person. However, "liberal" has gone off the charts over the past four years. We need more balance. And that's all I'm going to say about that."

I agree! And there's a different between liberals and extreme liberals. Not all liberals are extreme.

  25. Ron, I'm not glued to one party; never have. Depending upon the candidates and what they plan on delivering, that's how I vote. This election, I was so hopeful for Kamala because I don't hate Trump like so many do, I just wanted a change. Initially, I liked what she said. But over time, I realized she was not really saying anything. Like you mentioned, America needs a huge change right now because it's become too extreme with its identity politics I went with Trump. He might not always be polite in the way he delivers his words, but I feel confident that he'll get the job done. And from the election results, MANY Americans feel that way. My state went red this election as well.

Thank you for being transparent about how you voted, and why.

  26. Hey there, Barbara!

You sound a lot like me when it comes to the different parties. I was registered as Democrat forever. That is, until I switched to Independent 2015/16. I don't believe the parties of eons ago are the same parties today. They used to have very specific things that differentiated them from each other.

You're right about the idenity politics. My main concerns were the border and its safey, and the economy. If people wish to come to American, that's awesome. I'm all for it. However, the process needs to be done CORRECTLY. And the economy needs MAJOR adjustments. The left blames it on Trump. However, for the four years he was in office, the cost of living was a million times better. And I also got more money in my paycheck and never owed money during tax time.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and share, my friend. Have a fabulous weekend!

  27. Agree with the border and cost of living. And don't you love how some people say the economy is the best it's ever been and they don't see any inflation? I wonder what planet they live on? Or....are they just in complete denial?

    ReplyDelete
  28. " I wonder what planet they live on? Or....are they just in complete denial?"

I know!!!! For instance, I just returmed from shopping at CVS for a few things I needed. I can't believe a small bottle of dish soap was almost 6.00! Thank god I had a coupon for 3.00 or I would have walked out of the store.

Is the economy bad? No. It's FAAAAABULOUS! LOL!

  29. Hi Ron! My friend Daniel forwarded me your post so that I could read it. I wanted to stop by and leave a comment in response to what you said. I too (a gay man) voted for Trump this past election. He got such a bad rap during his first term in office, which at that time, I bought into 100%. That is, until I eventually woke up, stood back, saw the deception projected onto him from the Left, and then finally walked away. The left sees "us" as being blind to the truth, when in fact, they are the ones who are blind and programed. And all you have to do is look at the results of this election and see how many Americans sided with Trump and took back their country.

Thank you for sharing your voice, Ron! I'm so looking forward to these next four years and removing that dark, heavy cloud that's been hovering over our country for the past four years. Let the American light SHINE!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Greetings, Brian!

Nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to leave a comment.

Yes, you're right, he did get such a bad rap during his first term. And that all started BEFORE he was sworn in and took office. The mainstream media and Dem party never even gave him chance. Granted, there were some things he did I was not happy with during his term. I think his massive ego got him into trouble a lot of the time by constantly pushing back on what was being project about him. However, I would take Trump over the present administration any day. And I think a huge amount of the American people felt that way. They finally woke up from a deep state of "wokeness" and took back their country.

" I'm so looking forward to these next four years and removing that dark, heavy cloud that's been hovering over our country for the past four years. Let the American light SHINE!"

    Meeeeeee too! My sentiments exactly.

Again, thank you for stopping by, Brian! Have a great week and Thanksgiving Day!

  33. Ron, you've expressed the angst of this political season so well it ought to be required reading ... especially for all those grumblers on social media. It sounds as if you did your research and followed your heart and mind in casting your ballot. And isn't that what we're called to do??

I don't discuss politics on my blog or on others', and I hate when people throw away good friends who don't happen to agree with their opinions. It seems to me that we can (and should) get along, regardless of our beliefs. Politics is in a poor place when it divides families and friends.

I hate to admit it, but for the first time since I was able to cast a ballot, I couldn't bring myself to vote for either Presidential candidate. I prayed over it, but I got no clarity, so I opted to abstain. I'm not unhappy with the outcome; rather, I'm taking a wait-and-see attitude. There are loads of places where change needs to take place, and I'm hopeful the Donald doesn't let his ego get in the way!

Thanks for letting us into your head, my friend. No wonder you were AWOL from here for awhile! xx

  34. Hellooooooooooo there, Debbie!

" It seems to me that we can (and should) get along, regardless of our beliefs. Politics is in a poor place when it divides families and friends."

Amen! And I totally agree with you! I can remember when I was much younger and listening to family members talk about politics, and did so with respect for each other's choices. I also remember a time when the news actually reported "the news as it was" without adding their personal commentary. I truly believe that there will eventually no longer be mainstream media because people (around the world) are getting sick of how tainted it is.

"I'm not unhappy with the outcome; rather, I'm taking a wait-and-see attitude. There are loads of places where change needs to take place, and I'm hopeful the Donald doesn't let his ego get in the way!"

And I hear you because I almost didn't vote myself because I didn't care for either candidate. However, as the election got closer and I listened to both of them speak, I decided on Trump. And I'm beyond happy that he won; ego and all. Is he perfect? NO WAY. But I truly believe he is what this country needs, not Kamala. I also think that the assassination attempt on his life, humbled his ego a bit.

Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing, my friend. Great comment!

Yes, I haven't posted every week as I normally do because quite frankly, I haven't felt the desire. And I don't like posting just to post. However, I do have a post coming up soon.

Hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving with Domer and the Monk!
