As most of my longtime readers already know, I adore nighttime.
And just like a vampire….I come alive.
Not only do I come alive at night, but I simultaneously feel more relaxed and calm.
Without sounding too ‘New Age’ - my body and spirit seem to be more in tune to the energetic vibration of night.
I’m always inspired to do things like: write, edit my photographs, research topics on the internet, watch documentaries, and read.
Somehow I feel more receptive and creative after the sun goes down, as it becomes dark and quiet.
I worship the darkness of night.
There’s something so delightfully romantic and sexy about seeing city lights against a dark sky.
And now that it’s Fall, and our days are shorter, I love how darkness falls early.
I think I’m probably one of the few people who prefers shorter days and longer nights.
But hey…..that’s because I’m a vampire!
Wednesday evening after I got out from work, I decided to take a leisurely stroll through the city before going home.
Luckily, I had my camera with me so I took a few photos during that special ‘twilight time’ - between light and dark - as the city comes alive with a magic *twinkle*.
Please enjoy…..

I TOTALLY agree with you!!! I have always been a night owl...and I mean always!!! I existed on very little sleep while in the Corporate World!! I am at my most awake and creative after 11pm. It works well for my husband and I. He is a MORNING person and I am a NIGHT owl! But, hey...it works for us. He fought it for awhile, then finally decided that's just the way it is. I love the sights, sounds, smells...nights are the BEST!!! I never sleep til 4am or so.
ReplyDeleteFrom one night owl to another...have a great weekend!!
Jeanne
Greetings Nite Owl~
ReplyDeleteYaaaaaaaaay! Another person who loves NIGHTTIME!
" I existed on very little sleep while in the Corporate World!! I am at my most awake and creative after 11pm."
OMG!!! I'm the SAME WAY!!!! I need very little sleep and usually don't go to bed before 2 a.m.
Yes, nights are the best, I agree!
Thanks so much for stopping by, my fellow night owl! Have a great weekend!

Dracula
Hi Ronnie,
ReplyDeleteI am getting a real kick out of your photos. How exquisite Philly is at night!!
Ah, you know that go for your city day or night but night always has a special magic.
Well, I see that you left the window open, too and the night air brought in some kind of creature; haaaa!! Ron rocks as the new Dracula!
I am a day person. Though I can really enjoy activities at night or a trip downtown. But, I don't drag them on until really early int the morning. I say there is no right or wrong; everyone is just DIFFERENT.
Have a nice weekend and enjoy.
xo
'office buildings along Market Street' ... how fabulous those pictures are. I love the reflection in the 'mirror' windows. Do you use the night time facility on the camera?
ReplyDeleteOkay, I used to be a night owl so I fully understand about coming alive at night, my best creations were dreamed up during the dark hours, unfortunately no longer. I get too tired now and can't stay awake but invariably I wake in the middle of the night with story themes racing through my brain, so a little of it must still be there. The mind is more receptive at night, I think it's due to the atmosphere of the heavens, the quietness, the lack of 'clutter' and the distance. Have you ever noticed how far away things seem at night?
Hope your weekend will be a good one.
Oh my damn! Those pictures are wonderful! The city is so beautiful at twilight. And the view from your apartment is to die for!
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm a vampire too. On weekends I'm doing good to get in bed before 4 AM. During the week, I still push it by going to bed around midnight. That doesn't sound late, but I have to get up at 5.
Loved the vampire picture! Sooo sexy :P
Have a wonderful weekend, Ron. Thanks for sharing those pics!
XOXO
Beautiful night lights, but remind me if I ever visit to leave by nightfall since they're vampires roaming the streets!
ReplyDeleteLOVE THE PICS! I especially like the ones on Market Street where you can see the one building reflected on the other one, Great capture! I like the city at night but I'm usually a chicken to go by myself! Have a vampirical weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi Barbara~
ReplyDeleteThanks, my friend. Doesn't Philly look FAB at night? I've not taken too many night photos with my camera, but I'm starting to learn out to use the 'nighttime settings.' It's a little tricky though, because you have to hold the camera VERY still when taking photos in darker settings. I really want to upgrade to a better camera after the holidays and purchase a one with more control.
"Well, I see that you left the window open, too and the night air brought in some kind of creature; haaaa!! Ron rocks as the new Dracula!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Yeah, just call me Count Ronnie!
And you're exactly right, my friend.....everyone is different. Some of us are night people and others are day people. That's what makes the world go round. I DO enjoy day, however it takes me until 3:00 in the afternoon to finally wake up - HA!
Thanks so much for stopping by, Barb. Have a terrific weekend!
XO
P.S. we just got our first real COLD spell today. It's freezing and I'm LOVIN' it!
Yet another thing we have in common!
ReplyDeleteNobody can understand why I stay up past the witching hour daily. I do my best creative work at night too. I always have.
Absolutely love the photos!
I won't get your reply to this comment as my email is dead, along with my blog, sadly.
Good morning Valerie~
ReplyDeleteThank you. I really didn't even notice the reflection on the building until I uploaded the photos to my computer. Yes, I do use the nighttime facility on my camera, but as I shared with Barbara....it's very tricky because you have to hold the camera VERY still because of the slow shutter speed or they come out blurry. I really want to upgrade to a camera with more control, so after Christmas I might be investing in something with bit more power.
" but invariably I wake in the middle of the night with story themes racing through my brain, so a little of it must still be there. "
Meeeee too! Often, right before I fall into a deep sleep an idea for a blog post will suddenly POP into my head which, makes me get up and quickly jot down a few words, so that I don't forget it by morning - HA!
" The mind is more receptive at night, I think it's due to the atmosphere of the heavens, the quietness, the lack of 'clutter' and the distance."
LOVE how you said that, and I think you're absolutely correct.
" Have you ever noticed how far away things seem at night?"
Yes, I DO...and I wonder why that is? The darkness perhaps?
Thanks so much for stopping by, dear lady. Hope your weekend is a good one too!
X
Good morning MYFWBS~
ReplyDeleteThank you. I ADORE how a city looks at night. When I lived in NYC, I use to LOVE going to the top of the Empire State Building and viewing Manhattan - it's STUNNING!
"Yes, I'm a vampire too."
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay....another fellow-vampire! Don't you just love night?
"On weekends I'm doing good to get in bed before 4 AM. During the week, I still push it by going to bed around midnight. That doesn't sound late, but I have to get up at 5."
WOW...you're even later than me! Because I normally don't have to be into work until 1 or 2 in the afternoon, I usually don't go to bed before 2 a.m. Midnight is probably the earliest I go to bed when I have to be into work at like 11 a.m. But even when I do, I still don't ever feel REALLY awake until 3 in the afternoon - HA!
Thanks a bunch for stopping by, girl. Have a wonderful weekend!
XOXO
Count Ronnie
Hey thereSuziCate~
ReplyDeleteThank you.
" but remind me if I ever visit to leave by nightfall since they're vampires roaming the streets!"
Bwhahahahahahahahahaha! LOVE THAT! Yes, Philly is notorious for their abundant vampire population.
*wink*
Thanks for stopping by, my friend. Have a beautiful weekend!

Hiya Peg~
ReplyDeleteThank you. I hadn't even noticed the building reflection until I uploaded the photos to my computer. As you know, Market Street is our 'business area' so the buildings are all tall and plentiful.
" I like the city at night but I'm usually a chicken to go by myself! "
Oh, you would be if you were wallking around with me. Because remember, I'm a vampire. And nobody messes with a VAMPIRE!!! HA!
Thanks for stopping by, dear friend. Hope you're having a FAB time in Virginia! Enjoy your weekend!

Good morning Babs~
ReplyDelete"Yet another thing we have in common."
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay....another nighttime lover!!!!!
"Nobody can understand why I stay up past the witching hour daily. I do my best creative work at night too. I always have."
Well, I can TOTALLY understand because I'm the same way! I do my best creative work at night. For some reason, my mind is more alert.
Glad you enjoyed the photos.
"I won't get your reply to this comment as my email is dead, along with my blog, sadly."
Oh shucks, sorry to hear about that. I hope you get your blog up and running again soon. And it's ironic you said that because last night I had the WORST time uploading photos to my blog. I actually thought I wouldn't be able to post today, but the problem corrected itself. Blogger is having some major issues right now. So what else it new? HA!
Have a super weekend, my friend. And thank you for stopping by!
X
rooooooooooooooooonnnnn.
ReplyDeletefirst, hilarious. you look positively fab as a vampire. hahaha. and i, like you adore the night and the sexiness of the lights. i'm sure you adore xmas lights too! i put them everywhere all the time.
um.... great photos. and sorry i've not been around. my engagement ended and lets just say life is a bit of a mess :( but, it was for the best.
xoxoxo!!
Hey there BLUNT~
ReplyDeleteOMG...it's soooooooooooooooo AWESOME to see ya, girl! I've missed you so much!
Tee, hee....don't I look positively fab as a vampire? I think I'll audition for the next Bram Stokers Dracula movie, what do you think? HA!
So sorry to hear that your engagement ended :(
But as you shared, it was for the best. I TOTALLY believe that everything happens for a GOOD reason.
Thanks so much for stopping by, bestie! Have an fantabulous weekend!
(((( Bestie )))))
xoxoxoxo
The city looks so lovely all lit up!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Akelamalu~
ReplyDeleteYes, doesn't it? I LOVE the night. Especially living in a city. It makes everything look magical!
Thanks for stopping by, m'dear! Have a wonderful weekend!
X
Ron, I love the photos of you as a vampire. How funny!
ReplyDeleteI too enjoy nighttime. And for several of the reasons you mentioned. I feel more alive at night. When I was waitressing, I alway asked to be scheduled for the late shifts. My mind doesn't function well early in the day.
Great photographs of your city.
Have a wonderful weekend, Count Ronnie!
Shocker...I also prefer shorter days and longer nights. You and I do seem to have a lot in common, my friend! I've grown to appreciate nights more only because I'm not working and can actually stay up and enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteLove these pics! I have a couple of city shots of Portland at night that are pretty stunning, too. Let me know when you're doing another photo post!
Have a great weekend, Ron!
Hola Denise~
ReplyDeleteThank you....don't I look HOT as a vampire? Bwhahahahahahaha!
Yaaaaaaay....another nigttime lover!
"My mind doesn't function well early in the day."
OMG...me neither! And I need at least one HUGE cup of coffee in morning before I can even remember how to brush my teeth - HA!
Thanks so much for stopping by, girl. Always a joy to see you comments. Have a flawless weekend!
X
Count Ronnie
Howdy Mark~
ReplyDelete"Shocker...I also prefer shorter days and longer nights."
HA! I KNEW you were going to say that!!!!
Yes, we do have a lot in common, my friend. We both like cold, snow, AND night! But you do know that we're in the major minority?
" I've grown to appreciate nights more only because I'm not working and can actually stay up and enjoy them."
Me too! And I'm so grateful that I usually don't have to be into work until early afternoon, so that I can stay up late and enjoy the nights.
" I have a couple of city shots of Portland at night that are pretty stunning, too. Let me know when you're doing another photo post!"
Yes, I absolutely will. I would love to see your shots of Portland at night - I bet they're faaaaaaaaaaaaabulous!
Thanks for stopping by, by nighttime lovin' friend!
Have a great weekend!

Hi Ronnie! I LOVE Vampires too! I think I might be part Vampire, although I drink coffee (don't get me started on Starbucks!) instead of blood! Night-time is so peaceful, no barking dogs to interrupt my creative process or my noisy kids! lol! If I could be up all night and sleep all day, I would, but it's just not conducive with children. I have 4 more years and then I can do what *I* want!!
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela~
ReplyDelete"I LOVE Vampires too!"
Yipeeeee....another vampire lover!!!!!
"I think I might be part Vampire, although I drink coffee (don't get me started on Starbucks!) instead of blood!"
Ha! Well, I drink coffee instead of blood too. However, I read somewhere that Dracula has his own coffee company, specifically made for vampires. It's called the Bloody Mary Coffee Company! Bwhhahahahhaha!
"If I could be up all night and sleep all day, I would, but it's just not conducive with children."
OMG...I would too! But alas....I have to work, and in my line of work it's all conducted during daytime hours - bummer :(
Thanks so much for stopping by, dear lady. Hope you're enjoying this wonderful cold snap we're getting today. It finally feels like FALL!
Have a great weekend!

The Count
That's it. We are officially twins. I come alive at night. And no matter how hard I've tried to become a day person - I simply cannot do it. Especially when it comes to writing.
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVE these photos. xoxo
Count Ron of Philly--great photographs. Very spooky, but very modern at the same time. You're a digital age vampire--a cyber-pire! Go batty this weekend and if you come to NY, I'll treat you to a stake--I mean, STEAK--dinner!
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween!
Hey there Meleah/Twin~
ReplyDelete"That's it. We are officially twins. I come alive at night. And no matter how hard I've tried to become a day person - I simply cannot do it. Especially when it comes to writing."
HA! Why am I NOT surprised at this? Libra's perhaps???
And you're right...no matter how hard I've tried to become a day person - I cannot. The people I work with can't get over how much energy I have as it gets later in the day. They're all CONKING out, while I'm just getting started - HA!
Thanks for stopping by, girl! Have an AWESOME weekend!
XOXO
Hey Rob~
ReplyDelete"Count Ron of Philly"
HA!
Thanks, buddy. I've not taken too many nighttime photos with my camera yet, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. I can't wait to upgrade to a more advanced camera after Christmas.
"You're a digital age vampire--a cyber-pire!"
Bwhahahahahhahahaha! OMG....that made me HOWL! A cyber-pire - BRILLIANT!
"Go batty this weekend and if you come to NY, I'll treat you to a stake--I mean, STEAK--dinner!"
Bwhahahahhahahaa! HILARIOUS! OMG...you're on a roll!
Thanks so much for stopping by, buddy! Have a great weekend and a Happy Halloween! BOO!

Count Ron
Wow.
ReplyDeleteWOW.
Now, if I snuck out after sunset with the camera you'd see......dark.
Very very dark.
VERY dark.
And Studley the 8' spider in all his purple-ness!
And more dark.
*sigh*
But I don't haffta go far to watch twinkling stars!
Oh--and the bats love us around here.
Relatives of yours, I'm sure.
:-/
As for morning/night kinda person?
I'm.......both.
It's the inbetween that I struggle with dontchaknow.
Hiya Mel~
ReplyDelete"Now, if I snuck out after sunset with the camera you'd see......dark.

VERY dark.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That CRACKED ME UP!!!!
I ADORE your photographs of the AMAZING sunsets! They're some of the most beautiful photos I've EVER seen. And I MEAN that! They're stunning!
"But I don't haffta go far to watch twinkling stars!
Oh--and the bats love us around here.
Relatives of yours, I'm sure."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Yes, definitely relatives of mine *wink*
Oh, I wish I could be more of a morning/day person. But, alas...I'm a total vampire and shun the light.
Thanks so much for stopping by, dearest lady. Have a super-duper weekend!
X
P.S. Halloween is ALMOST here, Me!!!! Yipeeeeeeee!
so what are you doing for trick or treat? more of the aforementioned vampire related activities? anything with a costume perhaps?
ReplyDeleteLovely photographs - I'm partial to twilight photography too, although not very practiced :)
In all seriousness, I am somewhat agreement with you about being productive at night. I fervently wish that I could take a pill to get my rest and just stay up and work on my little projects. But sadly, I don't feel energized at night, I start feeling sleepy!
wishing you a frightfully spooktacular weekend dear Ron! xoxo, Diane
Hello Diane~
ReplyDelete"so what are you doing for trick or treat? more of the aforementioned vampire related activities? anything with a costume perhaps?"
No, I wish. I so miss going to parties for Halloween and getting dressed up. We were thinking about doing something at work for tomorrow, but not everyone wanted to do it, so we cancelled it - bummer :(
Thank you. I too am not very practiced in twilight photography, but I've been playing around with some of the settings on my camera and trying them out. It's so much FUN!!! Eventually, I want to upgrade to a more advanced camera with additional settings and lenses. I'm thinking after Christmas, I'll buy a new camera.
"I fervently wish that I could take a pill to get my rest and just stay up and work on my little projects."
OMG, that would be great, wouldn't it? But I'm afraid I'd stay up for months and never actually sleep - HA!
Thanks oodles for stopping by, dear friend. Wishing you a frightfully spooktacular weekend too! I hope you get LOTS of trick or treaters on Monday!
X to you and Cristybella!
BOO!
I didn't realize you were a vampire, although that would explain a lot. ;)
ReplyDeleteI like your crisp twilight photos and now I can't remember what city you're in, where are you again? I always think of you as Lake Tahoe Phyllis Diller guy. Speaking of which, I'm heading up there in a couple of weeks.
Vampira here! Since it's 2:22 AM I definitely qualify for the creature of the night catagory. I did fall asleep briefly earlier but had to pee and now I'm UP! And brrrrr, is it ever chilly tonight! Uh, I mean this morning. ;)
ReplyDeleteYour twilight time photos are really lovely. Magical, actually. I can really picture myself over there just strolling along and looking at all those wonderful buildings and how they are illuminated in the evening.
Good that you got out to get them the other night because now we're to get rain, I read up to an inch or two of slush in some areas. Bleh. I do like the cool crisp Fall temps but the slushy snow not so much. And before Halloween, that's almost sacrilege! haha
Have a wonderful weekend, dear neighbor.
Love your pictures, Ron. They look very professional. I don't know if I ever asked you before, but have you ever entered photography contests? I've seen other work of yours on your blog. You're very talented.
ReplyDeleteMy husband is a night owl. He's up easily 3 more hours a night than I am. On the flipside, I'm early to bed, early to rise. Even today, Saturday, up at 5:30AM. Can't help it. You're right. Our bodies are set to a certain time table. Even on the weekends, I'm in bed by 9PM. I know. I'm an 80 year old woman.
Have a wonderful weekend, Ron!
I'm the opposite. I'm a total morning person. Just can't seem to get anything worthwhile done after 5pm. I do wish I could function a little better at night. Then, I'd get more done.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are terrific! Isn't it fun using a good camera?
Good morning Margaret~
ReplyDelete" didn't realize you were a vampire, although that would explain a lot. ;)"
Yes, and should see my wardrobe, it's all BLACK - I kid you not ;)
Thank you. I LOVE twilighttime! I'm in Philly, but you're right....I did live in Lake Tahoe over a summer in Phyllis Dillers house - GOOD memory!
OMG...how wonderful! I bet Tahoe is GORGEOUS this time of the year!
Thanks so much for stopping by, Margaret! GREAT to see ya. Have wonderful weekend and a Happy Halloween - BOO!
X
Hey there Vampira~
ReplyDelete"Since it's 2:22 AM I definitely qualify for the creature of the night catagory."
Yup...you definitely qualify for the creature of the night catagory!
" I did fall asleep briefly earlier but had to pee and now I'm UP!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA! OMG, how funny! I have to do same thing sometimes; especially when the weather gets colder. In fact, I had to get up to pee last night!
Thank you for your sweet words. Glad you enjoyed the photos. I'm just now starting to get the hang of taking nighttime photos. I only have a point and shoot camera, so it's not real elaborate as far as 'settings' go. I really want to upgrade to a more advanced camera after Christmas.
OMG...yes, can you believe the RAIN/SLUSH we're getting today? And COLD! I have to go to work later, and I accidentally left my umbrella at the grocery store last night, so I'm going to get soaked :(
Thanks so much for stopping by, neighbor. Have a great weekend and a Happy Halloween - BOO!

Hey Jen~
ReplyDelete"I'm the opposite. I'm a total morning person. Just can't seem to get anything worthwhile done after 5pm. I do wish I could function a little better at night."
And I wish I could function a little better in the morning. I can't even THINK until I've had at least one cup of coffee. Earlier this week I had to go into work much earlier than usual, and for the first two hours I felt like I was still asleep - HA!
Thank you. Yes, I'm having a blast with my camera. I LOVE it!
Thanks for stopping by, my friend. Hope you're enjoying a super weekend!
It's rainy and cold here right now - perfect for Halloween!
X
Hey there Kathy~
ReplyDeleteAw...thank you for your kind words, girl. No, I've never entered a photography contest before, although I've had one of my photos (on Flickr) used for an online brochure about Philadelphia. I love photography - I really should take a course in it to learn more.
"On the flipside, I'm early to bed, early to rise. Even today, Saturday, up at 5:30AM."
OMG...I WISH could be more like that. I'm so lucky that I don't have to be into work until later in the day, because I SO like to stay up late.
" Even on the weekends, I'm in bed by 9PM. I know. I'm an 80 year old woman."
HA! No, you're not an 80 year old woman, it's just that we all have different time tables.
Thanks so much for stopping by, neighbor. I hope you're having a great weekend. Can you believe this cold and rain we're getting today? It already feels like winter - yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!
X
Great photos.
ReplyDeleteI used to be much more of a night guy. Now that I work in the construction arena I'm up by 5:30 and usually in bed by 10:00. Amazing but true.
Howdy Jeff~
ReplyDeleteThank you.
"Now that I work in the construction arena I'm up by 5:30 and usually in bed by 10:00. Amazing but true."
WOW! If I had to be up that early, I too would be in bed by 10:00!
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Thanks for stopping by, buddy! Hope you're having a super weekend!
It's been rain/snowing here all day long. And it's FREEZING!!!
And I'm LOVIN' it!!!!!!! Feels like winter already!

If you are a vampire, you are a sweet and kind one. I couldn't imagine you otherwise! I have the same buzzing feelings but... for mornings. I love to wake up before everyone else and enjoy time just with "me". Read, write, blog, drink coffee and think. Really meaningful times for my well-being.
ReplyDeleteThe twilight city is what I adore, too. The space between dark and light. When the day is still a dulcet memory, and the night a hopeful promise. Now that I am on the Mediterranean Coast, I try to go see the sunsets as often as I can. I am always marveled. I wish I could have you here to it see with me. We'd sit on a bench and admire!
i can't stand the darkness, really it depresses me and all i want to do is go to bed. i prefer sunlight. twilight is okay because it's a great time to take photos as you have shown in yours above. nice work ron.
ReplyDeleteHey there ladyV~
ReplyDelete"i can't stand the darkness, really it depresses me and all i want to do is go to bed. i prefer sunlight."
Yes, I know several other people who feel the same. In fact, I think MANY people experience S.A.D. during the winter months because of the shorter days and longer nights.
But, isn't twilight great? It's that 'in between' place, that's not really dark, but not fully light.
Thanks so much for stopping by, girl. Hope you're having a great weekend and keeping warm.
X
Bonjour Susu~
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet words.
" I have the same buzzing feelings but... for mornings. I love to wake up before everyone else and enjoy time just with "me". Read, write, blog, drink coffee and think. Really meaningful times for my well-being."
Isn't it wonderful how we're all different and enjoy a different time of the day? Yes, I know many people who are 'morning people' (and like you) feel the most creative and energetic as the sun rises.
Ah...but, yes, isn't twilight divine? And I LOVE how you said this....
"The space between dark and light. When the day is still a dulcet memory, and the night a hopeful promise."
Bellissima!
"I wish I could have you here to it see with me. We'd sit on a bench and admire!"
Oh, I wish I could too because it sounds like HEAVEN!
Thanks so much for stopping by, beautiful lady. Hope you're enjoying a marvi weekend and the Mediterranean!
Ciao....X
Awesome pics, Ron!
ReplyDeleteYeah, the wife says I suffer from the same problem. Even on a "school night" I can often be found playing on the PS3, writing, or working on electronics. Seems when I should turn in at 10pm I'm still up and active at midnight. I guess when the family goes to bed I finally get a chance to relax and wind down. Of course "winding down" for me take several hours! Heh...
Howdy Herman~
ReplyDeleteThank you.
Yaaaaaaaaaaay....another night owl!
"Seems when I should turn in at 10pm I'm still up and active at midnight. I guess when the family goes to bed I finally get a chance to relax and wind down. Of course "winding down" for me take several hours!"
Yes, me too! It takes me several HOURS to wind down from my day, so that's why I enjoy the peace and quiet that nighttime brings :)
And as I've shared, I also get so creative at night.
Thanks a bunch for stopping by, buddy. Hope you had a super weekend!
X to you, Karin, and Mr. Tyler!
well....i have gone through all 48 comments looking for your response and then didn't see me either....now i must be losing the mind but i swear i was here....anyway, i shall leave some more but firstly you do look especially dapper in that get-up and should take to the streets just like that and then write us a blog post about it, k? ;)
ReplyDeletethese are gorgeous...gorgeous gorgeous....i didn't know it was so lit up but i know very little about your city except what you write. much love to youxoxoxoxo
Good morning Linda~
ReplyDeleteNo, I didn't see your comment until this one. I even checked my spam box and didn't find anything there.
Anyway....happy you stopped by again to say Hi!
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the photos. I LOVE the way cities look at night - all that twinkle!
Have a fab week, dear friend!

Eeek! Happy Halloween you blood thirsty man. I hope you enjoy the darkness tonight. My girls managed an hour of the dark, before my littlest one was dragging her heels & looking for home (and candy). You captured some beautiful scenary Ron. I like the fountain best (water = cancer, surprise!)
ReplyDeleteHey there Katherine~
ReplyDelete"Eeek! Happy Halloween you blood thirsty man."
HA! And a HAPPY HALLOWEEN to you too!!!!
"My girls managed an hour of the dark, before my littlest one was dragging her heels & looking for home (and candy)."
OMG...I'm SO HAPPY to hear that your girls went out trick or treating, because kids are hardly doing that anymore. I LOVED going out trick or treating on Halloween night!!!!
But of course....I'm a VAMPIRE - HA!
Thank you. So glad you enjoyed the photos. I'm learning more and more as I have this camera. I'm so glad I got it last year. I want to upgrade to something a little more advanced after Christmas, to learn more.
OMG...my brother is a Cancer too! June 27th.
Thanks so much for stopping by, my friend. Have a great week!
