Happy Anniversary Vent!

Hi folks!

Hey, guess what?

I just realized that September 13th marks the one year anniversary of Vent!

Shit…where the hell did time go?

And what’s really funny, is that when I think about how I had originally planned to present this blog, I’m reminded of my previous post on Change.

When I first started Vent, I was going through a lot of frustration and anger in my life, and wanted a place where I could just SCREAM my emotions.

(I’m Italian, you know)

And if you can believe this, initially I had planned to leave comments closed, and simply allow people to read my words as if it were a book, without any interaction.

(Oy…how boring is that?)

Eventually, I began to find the humor in my anger and started laughing at myself.

And then Vent took control…and has lead me to where it is today.

A wonderful place of communal expression, joy and fun.

Having this blog, is a very important part of my life.

It’s become a passion and a dedication.

And if it weren’t for the interaction with all of you, it would merely be a paper journal.

A blog is plural…not singular.

So I would like to share this one year anniversary with each and everyone one you, who stop by to read and leave your freaking AWESOME comments.

(even those of you who have just recently stopped by)

Now I only partially made this little gift, so I can’t take full credit for it’s total creation.

So…in the spirit of Vent.
